At Pastaga, we put Quebec on the plate with local products and dishes of varied inspiration. But we're also in a wine bar, with a beautiful 100% natural menu. This "appellation" refers to those small estates where the vintner-peasant takes care of all the stages of production, from the vine to the bottling, using no chemical treatment of the vines and soils, and no inputs into the winemaking process.
