The sign is discreet and there's no risk of being distracted by an overly invasive décor: the soul of the restaurant is right there on the plate. With a whisper of lounge music, you can enjoy simple, delicious local products, creatively assembled with a certain refinement, from the warm homemade bread to the tasty mignardises. A fine address and impeccable service. The team has two other restaurants: Cadet, also in downtown Montreal, and Place Carmin, with its brasserie-style menu, in Old Montreal.

Bouillon Bilk est une vraie pépite à Montréal. Dès qu’on entre, on est frappé par l’ambiance sobre et élégante, qui met toute l’attention sur l’assiette. Chaque plat est une surprise, avec des mélanges de saveurs qui sortent de l’ordinaire et qui fonctionnent à merveille. C’est à la fois raffiné et créatif. Le service est super attentionné sans être envahissant, ce qui rend l’expérience encore plus agréable. C’est l’endroit parfait pour se faire plaisir avec de la belle cuisine dans le quartier des spectacles.

Bref, une adresse à ne pas manquer pour les amateurs de bonne bouffe.
