LOV stands for "Local, Organic, Vegan". An address dedicated to "botanical" cuisine, it will certainly please the vegetarians and vegans (trendy) of this world. The space is superb, all white and green, in a zen and relaxing atmosphere that fits perfectly with the philosophy of the place. The menu is elaborated by chef Stéphanie Audet of the now defunct Crudessence restaurant, offering healthy dishes from local and organic agriculture. On the drinks side, natural and organic wines, "botanical" cocktails and3rd wave roaster coffees.
