BÂTON ROUGE
The hostess with queues, quite voluminous on weekends. A restaurant with reddish shades and dark wood, ideal for head-to-head. A classic grill menu with excellent value for money, especially given portions. The floating ribs (the house's specialty, melting) are accompanied by potatoes in the oven or fries, with the chef's salad. It's less than choosing the chipotle chicken sandwich with smoked Monterey Jack and bacon or, for the amateurs, the perfectly seasoned beef coast. If appetite is always at the meeting, a choice of cakes and pies will complete the meal.
