LE SAIN BOL
Always a pleasure to rely on the chef's inspiration for a lunch break or brunch in this discreet neighbourhood restaurant.
This wonderful address, nestled in a small street perpendicular to Laurier Avenue, deserves to be known. Word of mouth seems to work well since the 4 tables (which can be shared) of this very small restaurant are often busy. One has the impression of being in the kitchen of the chef, Frédéric, who often chats with the regulars. The slate changes with the seasons and organic finds on the market (the "surprise" allows you to taste a little bit of everything). Each dish has a few well-chosen ingredients for a result that is always tasty.
