LE GRAS DUR

Recently installed on rue de Bellechasse, in Little Italy, Gras Dur is well known to lovers of poutines and other decadent dishes. The poutines have won many awards, including first place at the Festival de la poutine de Drummondville, and first and second places at Poutine Week. The site brings together the employees and menus of four food trucks, namely Truck Le Gras Dur, Schnitzel Truck, Bacon Truck and Burger Truck. The cuisine is that of a luxury canteen: Mac Burger (a mac and cheese cake served with crispy onions and homemade burger sauce), French fries cone and chicken schnitzel, beef burger and smoked meat or bacon coated.
