KOA LUA
A little Brother of Biiru, Summer and Habanera restaurants, the Koa Lua is a new Hawaiian poke with two addresses in the heart of downtown. The garden brings us into the atmosphere of this beautiful American state which reminds us of holidays, beach and sun. In the plate, or rather in the bowl, the poke (pronounce "po-ké") usually presents in the form of rice, cubes of raw fish and accompaniments. For example, the Black Magic with salmon, tangy sauce Ninja, piment commercially, Kizami Nori (algae) and crunch mix, or Encore with tuna Ahi, onions Maui and Maison house sauce. It's good, healthy and cheap at all!
