CHEZ JOSE
At Jose, it's the small, unpretentious eclectic restaurant but worth a visit. The atmosphere is like decay, pimping, colorful and user-friendly (big blow for exterior murals on the building). And it works hard in the kitchens! We're served in two days, three movements. In the plates, the home fruit soup is simply great. The Portuguese bread sandwiches create a certain dependency, including the famous Churrasco (breastfed chicken breast, guacamole, cucumber, cheese, mayo house and Dijon mustard), not forgetting the hearty or Portuguese breakfasts and the brunch with a good smoothie. A neighborhood bistro that you appreciate and a classic Montreal!
