The Saint-Gabriel menu offers a perfect balance between simplicity and refinement, all under the guidance of Chef Ola Claesson. Risotto with porcini mushrooms and coffee, spit-roasted Cornish chicken, served with its yellow wine sauce and porcini mushrooms, Steelhead trout, carrot bisque, Argentine shrimps, bok choy or wood-fired grilled octopus skewer, Romesco sauce, Canadian feta cheese, grilled peppers, lamb's lettuce.
