The restaurant's menu offers a perfect balance between simplicity and refinement, all under the guidance of chef Amédée Bécherraz. Giant shrimp cocktail, spit-roasted cauliflower, beef tartare with perfect egg yolk, sole meunière and saffron potatoes... not forgetting the house signature dish: the traditional Swiss cheese fondue. Comfort food in a magnificent setting steeped in history: the Auberge Saint-Gabriel was the first "auberge" to receive a liquor license in Canada, on March 4, 1754.
