For starters, choose from a fine seasonal mushroom tart with veal jus, beef tartare with perfect egg yolk or Caesar salad. Then let yourself be tempted by bouillabaisse Auberge-style, or roast leg of lamb with mustard and coconut beans. Citrus pavlova and chocolate and hazelnut cabbage are interesting options to round off your meal in style. The Auberge Saint-Gabriel has several distinct spaces to meet different needs.
