You immediately feel at home at Billy's, a family-run restaurant, much like a bistro or cantine where loyal customers have their own habits. The menu features classic French cuisine, but with as much Quebec produce as possible. Several dishes remain on the menu: focaccia pissaladière, fish soup, butcher's cut. Fridays are mussels and French fries, which also stays the same (the fries are a treat). What's more, you can take some of Billy's cuisine home with you, with dishes in jars prepared by the chef himself.
