Chef Antonin Mousseau-Rivard runs this high-flying address just a stone's throw from Marché Saint-Jacques. Of course, it's not the size of the portions that draws the crowds, but rather the perfect marriage of flavors and textures, the meticulously chosen ingredients, the more-than-successful visuals for each dish and the creativity that expresses itself from starter to dessert (count on a dozen courses).
