A unique menu with a dominant vegetal flavour of great finesse. Established for 10 years in these same premises, Chef Sean Murray Smith offers us, through each service, a moment of poetry. It is in a dark room with discreet lights that we taste very nice dishes, whose color is as much visual as gustatory. The seasonal products are in harmony with each other in a plate full of accuracy. It is a sure value, with sometimes surprising flavors but which are not necessarily exuberant. It is a beautiful moment that is worth its price.
