The new Pavillon buvette replaces Labo Culinaire in the heart of the Society for Arts and Technology (SAT). Inspired by a social club and boasting a revamped décor, this friendly, unpretentious eatery is helmed by chef Maxime Latapie, who has worked at Helena and Portus 360. The menu features European-inspired dishes, perfectly complemented by a natural wine list, cocktails and craft beers. Its best feature? Its superb rooftop terrace overlooking the city center. DI on certain evenings.
