One of those addresses that's been very hip from the moment it opens... and rightly so! A room with thirty or so covers, wood, white tablecloths and a beautiful open kitchen where everyone can observe what's going on. The limited menu is divided between short-lived dishes and other classics, such as the tarragon mayo egg with lobster (delicious) or the trout with horseradish sauce and trout roe. The plump fries are also always a good choice. In addition to the wines, there's a popular cocktail of the week. Go for it!
