PARAPLUIE
One of those addresses that's been very hype from the moment it opens... and rightly so! A room with thirty or so covers, wood, white tablecloths and a beautiful open kitchen where everyone can observe what's going on. The limited menu is divided between short-lived dishes and other classics, such as the tarragon mayo egg with lobster (delicious) or the trout with horseradish sauce and trout roe. The plump fries, too, are always worth choosing. In addition to the wines, the cocktail of the week is well appreciated. Go for it!
