Located just a few steps from the city centre, Parc Suites has decided to embrace the idea of the apart-hotels. Only ten suites serve clients, providing a more intimate and personalized service. Luxury suites are fully furnished with kitchen and lounge, and the only studio suite accommodates guests in the same way, but without living room. Some have a small balcony and each has a unique touch (different drapery, shower or bath, etc.).

I was a little skeptical of this place when I saw its exterior integrated with a wallpaper shop. That all quickly changed once I saw the inside: the apartments are spacious with full-on kitchenettes, and quite comfortable. The front staff are very lovely and eager to help. I would definitely come back here again.

We stayed here in 2012 and we stayed I believe 3 times. It will be the only place we ever stay if we ever get back to Montreal. It’s a really nice boutique hotel. Torgay is the most respectful owner. He goes out of his way to treat everyone well and again very nice and respectful. We hope one day to see him again. 5 stars.

Great value, friendly staff. Might look a little undesirable on the outside, but is nice inside. Walkable neighborhood. The parking is tucked behind the building, so it's best to drop off your bags before parking.

It's a pretty good hotel with fairly spacious rooms and a balcony. It's in an old building with no elevators though.

Location is pretty convenient. There are a lot of nice cafes and restaurants in the street. There is also a supermarket and pharmacy story right around the corner.

However, please note, the street has many homeless people right outside and a strong stench of marijuana in the air.

The parking is in an alley behind the street and costs $20 per night. Also they charge a pet fee of $30 per night.
