This hotel with a unique design and "new generation" concept offers an incomparable urban experience. Here technology is at the heart of the concept with, among other things, the possibility to check-in/check-out online, rooms connected to your smartphone or room service provided by a robot. The rooms in the Suite d'Angle and Suite Monville categories are particularly appealing, as they also offer a panoramic view of the city's skyscrapers. Also noteworthy: the hotel's beautiful mural representing the history of the city.

After handing over my car completely to the hotel and paying the parking fee, I was very disappointed to find that my car had a damaged front windshield between March 7 and March 9. I did not drive my vehicle during this period and had photographs as evidence and followed the hotel's rules, including filling out an accident report, but the hotel's response was very unsatisfactory. They have shown an unwillingness to take responsibility or offer meaningful solutions.

Hotel management failed to fully utilize its monitoring resources to investigate the incident and failed to communicate any form of compensation or resolution. This lack of accountability and disregard for customer property, especially when paid for services including custody, is unacceptable. So far, I have not received any surveillance video of the parking, the location of the parking, and there is no record of any interview with the hotel valet. Even the hotel manager's email response was perfunctory in the end.

This experience has led me to conclude that the agency is unwilling to take legal responsibility for damage to vehicles in its care. I would advise potential guests to think carefully about their options before entrusting their vehicle to a hotel that shirks its responsibilities. Think twice before you make a decision. I'm out of luck. I use my own insurance.

Très bien situé juste à côté du Palais des congrès, bonus pour les chiens qui y sont les bienvenus. On se sent toutefois à l'étroit dans les chambres standard.

I’m not normally one to write reviews but I’ve never encountered front desk staff who were less accommodating than what I experienced today. They were extremely rude. My partner and I inquired about the possibility of an early check in as we had an overnight flight arriving at 8:00 am. They told us to come back at 10:00 am for check in, which we did and paid the $200 fee, to which they then said wait until 12:00pm when check out normally is as they were “fully booked.” We came back at 12 and were told that it would take until 1:00 pm to clean the room, which was completely fine. We sat and waited as we had coffee at the hotel breakfast spot, only to be told at 1:30 pm that it wasn’t happening. We asked when the room would be ready, and were told “we can’t discuss hotel policy with you.” They then said that they never told us the room would be available early, and that having us hang around near and at the hotel for 5 hours was “just a suggestion” to which they had been “very patient with us”. They repeated “check in is at 3:00pm” whenever we inquired as to why we were repeatedly told to come back every few hours all morning. We left and came back at 3:00 pm, only to have the front desk attempt to charge us again the same $200.00 refundable fee. It was a complete waste of half the day, and left me feeling very insulted.
