They have terrible lighting. Cold LED lights in the room have the ambiance of a parking lot, and the hallways smell of febreeze. Great location and good restaurant bar however. Didn’t get it right with the hotel though.

For pet owners! I have a mix feeling about this place. They charge per dog pretty good amount of cost. So you expect something more. But all they had for them is a disposal water bowl. All ladies at the front desk were friendly to our dogs. But all males were not except one. My dog stood up at the front desk to say hi, and he said nothing. And the cleaning lady came to my room by yelling at me that I cannot use towels to clean their feet. She did not let me talk and walked away by yelling that hotel will charge additional. Okay…if you like them to step all over bed and sofa as is… there was no trashcan nor poop bag. Did they tell me what I cannot do and can? So every morning I handed the poop bags to the front desk. Dog friendly? Not really. But my dogs behaved so nicely though. One last remark was slippers were not new. Seems reused or so outdated and frame were all yellow.

Fantastic hotel to stay at in the middle of Downtown Montreal. If you can, I highly suggest booking one of their suite rooms as it's extremely well made with a lot of nifty features you won't find in any other hotel in Montreal.

Don't get too excited about the in-room terrasse though as it's not really worth it.

Attended a wedding reception here. Service was very accommodating and the food was very well done. Finally, a place that knows how to do rare steak well. Cream of mushroom soup was very appetizing. The venue is beautiful and is a very popular photoshoot place (for good reason). The main staircase gives the feeling like you're in a castle or mansion (in photos). My only criticism is the parking underground which is super tight and only has room for one car at a time to go through.

The location is convenient if you value being close to the metro. Lots of street parking around as well.

What an experience, the staff were over the top, the rooms modern and well laid out. Just an incredible experience, we went back for a second night at the end of our trip.

Absolutely incredible experience! The staff went above and beyond with their warm welcome and friendliness. The room was outstanding – immaculately clean, spacious, and exceptionally well-equipped. The Bar Georges added an extra layer of fun to the overall experience. Truly an amazing weekend!

This is a truly luxurious and 5 star service hotel. I stayed here for 1 night after getting stranded by flight delays while connecting through MTL. From the minute my cab arrived I was treated wonderfully, with someone immediately being there to open the car door and take my bag.

The room was spacious and comfy. The bathroom was like something from sci-fi, colour changing lights in the rainfall shower and a bath so deep that even a tall person like me could float in it. The breakfast was lovely and I also had a drink at the bar - once again I was impressed here, because generally when I want a bloody Mary in Canada I have to ask for 'a caesar but with regular tomato juice instead of clamato'. When I did this at the hotel bar the bartender immediately said 'ah, yes we can make you a bloody mary no problem'. I was so pleased.

The price tag is what you'd expect for this kind of hotel, and I wouldn't normally stay somewhere so luxurious on a whim, but after two days of being in airports and planes I was desperate for a good bath and a bed that wasn't a plane seat or airport chair. I took the gamble that my travel insurance would cover a lot of the cost and decided to go for it. I'm so glad I did. I was well taken care of and really had the stress of not knowing when I would get home lifted from me.
