Great place to stay, it's was central to the harbor. Rooms were clean, and staff were friendly. I didn't enjoy breakfast as it was cold, and there was renovation being done to the dining room. I wish I knew that before booking.

The staff here is amazing! We originally chose the hotel in 2016 for its location and valet service, but it was the friendliness of the staff and the incredibly quiet and spacious suites that brought us back in 2024. While the decor is a bot dated, and the furniture a tad banged up, the beds are firm and comfortable, the rooms whisper quiet, and the suites gloriously clean. We were greeted by a small gift from the concierge staff wishing me a happy birthday, which was such a thoughtful surprise after our three and half hour drive. We look forward to our next trip here--hoping it will be sooner than another eight years!

We traveled down here for vacation and had a fantastic stay here! Paul made us feel comfortable and took good care of us. Walking distance to quite a few different places and valet was easy to use. Our room was just perfect and we were so happy we picked this hotel!

Nous y étions qu’une nuit et avoir su que c’était aussi super nous aurions réservé plus longtemps! Bel hôtel bien situé. La chambre était très propre. Et par dessus tout le service était vraiment très très bien! Nous avons été super bien accueilli à notre arrivée. Nous y retournerons c’est certain.

My husband, my 2 year old son and I stayed at this hotel for the first time (for my birthday) and we had an amazing experience. Elena was so sweet, thoughtful and made us feel so cared for and spoiled. We got upgraded to a room with a balcony and its was beautiful. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable with lots of room for our son to run around. The location is fantastic for the old port. We would definetly stay here again.

C’était parfait! Une chambre à part pour les adultes et dans le salon, nous avions un divan-lit et un lit escamotable pour nos 4 enfants!
La chambre était propre et belle. Une cuisinette aussi à notre disposition. Très bien situé avec service de valet pour la voiture.

I booked a 2 nights stay here for my husbands birthday and we had such a fantastic experience! The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, and if you needed something during your stay (ie more toiletries or coffee), they would bring it to you within minutes! The rooms were spacious, clean and nicely decorated. The location is excellent and close to many great restaurants and cute little shops. They really do make you feel like a valued guest here and we look forward to coming back on our next trip to Montreal!

The rooms were great, and the staff were friendly. It was just the parking, that we didn't know they were going to charge us 47$(plus tip) at the end.

There aren't enough words to explain what an excellent experience this hotel offers. It is centrally located in Old Town with access to historic sights and every amenity imaginable. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes with diverse offerings and excellent customer service. People are friendly. The hotel staff are attentive to detail. This will likely become my hotel of choice for Montreal trips. Many thanks for such a memorable experience.

I booked two nights here on Sunday Feb 3rd after being delayed by the Airline for a winter storm in Halifax. I had already been redirected from Boston the day before so had been delayed two days. I booked two nights but ended up only needing one, even though there was a 48 hr cancelation policy the supervisor at the hotel made an exception for me and charged me only one night as I managed to get an earlier flight back home. She turned what could have been an unpleasant expierence into an excellent customer service expierence
Awesome location and exceptionally helpful staff at 4:30 am this morning arranging a taxi to get me to my new flight home

Superbe hôtel-boutique dans un bâtiment historique du Vieux-Montréal. Chambres au décor chic. Salle à manger/Restaurant à la cuisine originale et de qualité. Service exemplaire.
