Hotel Zero 1 is economical, very conveniently located in downtown close to transit, eateries ,Highway 136, Notre Dame Basilica, Port De Montreal, etc
We had a great stay at this property and would definitely be back if we visit again

Shower has very hot water. I had an excellent shower in the morning.

Kinda weird- the coffee station provided sugar and powdered creamer but no stir sticks. Seemed like everything was thought of until I was stirring with my finger.

Great location, nearby the airport bus/metro as well as downtown/old port. The front desk staff were very kind and accommodating, and my room was lovely! Would absolutely stay again

An overall great stay. We were there for two nights and found the location amazing for our needs - there was lots to do within walking distance.

The room is on the smaller side, but perfect for our needs as we only needed it to rest. Generally clean, although dusty in some areas like under and behind the bed, which I saw because I was looking for something I dropped.

I slept like a rock through the night, but my partner is a light sleeper and says the sound of the traffic kept him up until he put earplugs in.

The hallway was weirdly colder than the lobby and the room, and the room was very warm. We tried to turn down the room thermostat, but it didn't seem to do anything. We did the open the window the second night to help a bit. We could have asked the front desk about it, but didn't find it bothersome enough to do so.

Staff was friendly and professional. The elevator is fast, except for the rush check-in/out times.

There is valet parking available, but we ended up parking at a (cheaper) public space just 5 minutes away.

Hotel Zero 1 Montreal is a modern, high-tech hotel that exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the sleek design and welcoming atmosphere. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a king-size bed and a convenient bathroom with a large walk-in shower. The room was well-appointed with modern amenities, including a large flat-screen TV and a convenient USB charging station.

One of the highlights of our stay was the excellent restaurant on site, which served some of the best oysters we've ever had. The wine list was also impressive, with a great selection of privately imported wines. The service was top-notch, with friendly and attentive servers who knew their stuff.

The location was also perfect, just a short walk from Old Montreal and the city's best attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations for exploring the city.

Overall, we were extremely impressed with Hotel Zero 1 Montreal and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a modern, comfortable stay in the city.

There is a reason this hotel is slightly cheaper than the others. It is trashy; do yourself a favor and stay downtown for the same price. You are worth it!

Very honest, and safe , close to everything and everywhere you need to be but the staff are the best. I enjoyed staying with my 6 months baby and my little dog. Please please book directly from them you ll thank me later.

Great location and price. The room is a bit smaller but that's fine. It was clean and everything you need is there.

Their gym however is rather small and limited (no free weights).

Room door lock didn't work when they gave it to me so they opened it with a master key of room service staff but I couldn't leave the room and enter again without their help and they said it would take some time until they fixed the issue. So, if I left the room I couldn't enter again without someone opening the room for me. Then on the same day I found out that the TV's remote control didn't have batteries and after calling the clerk and front desk multiple times to no avail I gave up and came down to reception myself to ask for a couple batteries. For the simplicity of the task, it should not have to be done this way. With all that being said, the hotel is in a great location, relatively near Montreal's Central Station, The rooms were decent size and clean, the room service was helpful in general and they have a somewhat lounge area to wait if you arrive too early before your check-in or have to wait for your transportation to leave the city. Another bugger is that you are logged out off the Wifi every day and you have to login again, every single day. Also, the hotel has no cafeteria so breakfast is not included and you have to figure that out every day by yourself where to eat which is a upsetting considering the prices paid for any room at this hotel.

The trashiest hotel in all of Montreal. DO NOT STAY HERE. The worst staff and custom service I have ever seen truly in any hotel I have stayed in my entire life and I travel the world and have minimal expectations. Boring tiny rooms with terrible dining and an incompetent valet. Not worth the crazy price.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced at this hotel, the black guy was very unprofessional, rude and not helpful at all.
I wanted to book a room for 25th of Feb but it was booked for the 25th of March, I asked them to help me out like to switch the date and charge me the difference as they had rooms available, but the black guy just said NO, I drove for hours from Ontario and it was almost 7pm I had to find another room. It's a shame for this hotel with having such a poor service and rude and unprofessional employees.????

Room was compact but clean and comfortable. Perfect location with some excellent restaurants in the area. Short walk to Bell Center. We will be back!

My lover and I went on Valentine’s day and were pleasantly surprised! Upon arrival, a bottle of bubbly, macarons and a thank you note was waiting for us. I loveeeee the design of the room as well as the view of the city from our room outside. I love the multiple mirrors in our room and amenities that they offer. Service was good too! Would definitely visit again!

Booked here last year for a 2 night stay, had a nice room, good layout customer service is great. However, this year during my stay I got stuck with what seemed like the smallest room possible, on the 12th floor DIRECTLY beside the elevator, which kept us up all hours of the night unable to get proper sleep as the elevator is LOUD when in use. The elevator takes forever and has a mind of its own, and this hotel only offers valet parking which I was under the impression was 35$ for my entire 2 night stay only to find out I got charged 80$ for my parking. And the valet parking was the most inconvenient and time consuming part of my entire weekend. When requesting my vehicle, It took no less than 45 mins for me to receive my car, only to find my seat and mirrors had been moved around out of my normal comfort. I had a great experience last year during my stay which is why I chose to book here again this year, however this time around was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. And due to this, I will be booking elsewhere for my return to MTL next year.

WoW!
On n’y retourne Très bientôt!Je vous le recommande fortement.
