Executive rooms have access to a lounge where breakfast and appetizers are served free of charge. The hotel also features a gourmet restaurant, a bar-brewery and a mini-market. The hotel is well located, but some guests noted that maintenance was not optimal. However, the heated outdoor pool under the snow was described as enchanting.
