MEC moved to Quebec in 2003 in a new, entirely environmentally friendly building, in order to remain true to the cooperative's image. In fact, you have to be a member to make purchases ($5 CAN, card valid for life) in this store, which offers clothing, accessories and equipment for all outdoor activities. Its homemade products are made with the greatest respect for the environment and people, and will satisfy the most demanding customers. Good to know: bike and ski repair shops and equipment rental on site.
