On the beer menu, choose from the blonde, the amber, the brown, the white or the IPA, not forgetting the limited editions, and if you hesitate, choose Etcetera: a palette of flavours where you will find your favorite. In group, you would like the spectacular metre of beer, offering ten glasses of various beers, accompanied by a Flame, a culinary specialty of the 3 Brewers. Diversity is on the menu, with dishes such as mussels and hamburgers to homemade beer, sauerkraut, salads and grills, but especially flammekueches. They are valued in main flat, nappées with a variety of garnitures: bacon, chicken, assorted vegetables and cheeses in Quebec, or in dessert, stuffed with apples, bananas and chocolate. As you will understand, the concept works well and the greater Montreal area now has eight institutions, three in Quebec City, six in the Toronto area and two in Ottawa.
