The team behind this micro-torrefactor strives to source its coffee from the source, visiting one of its growers each year. They also import privately and work with cooperatives in different coffee-growing regions of the world. The criteria are simple: no pesticides or chemical fertilizers, and fair wages for producers. Nectars can be discovered at any Saint-Henri café, via the online boutique or at one of the many points of sale. Brewing guides are available online.
