The Darling Foundry supports creation and the visual arts by offering workshops for artists from all over the world, various events and, above all, exhibitions. The immense brick space provides an ideal setting for works of art and installations. After an exhibition, there's nothing like a meal at Le Serpent (257 Prince St.), the brainchild of the founders of renowned restaurants Le Club Chasse et Pêche, Le Filet and Il Miglio.
