When a man with a passion for life and good things decides to leave everything behind in France to start a new project in Quebec, the result is the exceptional bakery Chez Fred. Located in the beautiful district of Westmount, they lovingly make a multitude of breads for all tastes, pastries as decadent as they are delicious, and pastries to die for, all made using the best artisanal processes. On the salty side, quiches, sandwiches and pizzas are to be tasted on the spot or to take away. It promises to be a gourmet experience!
