A general crush in the foodie community! At the helm of Kem CoBa, pastry chef and chocolate maker Ngoc and her husband Vincent, French pastry chef and master ice cream maker exiled in Quebec. We happily line up at any time of the day to enjoy one of their homemade ice creams or sorbets. The flavours vary from one visit to the next and we are never disappointed! The creativity of the two owners also extends to the pastries: shortbread, brownies, almond tiles, pound cake, fluted... all with a little Asian touch.
