LA MAISON DES DESSERTS
For those who would love nostalgia in Belgium, or for all those seeking greedy pleasures, the trade of Jean-François Istasse is worth noting. The official supplier of the Belgian consulate and the Esteler Circle since 2010 is to say how coveted his creations are. As a pastry and pastry maker, he skilfully crafted a wide range of pastries and desserts, chocolates following festive and thematic seasons, logs of all kinds for Christmas, cakes of kings and many other delicacies. Belgian specialities include spéculoos (unique location in Quebec where you can find homemade spéculoos), rice Pies or Brazilian, Pur pure Butter Pains and Craquelin, and the Cougnous. A fine grocery corner with Quebec, Belgian and French products completes the shop.
