Since 2021, a new dimension of the sweet art has emerged in the Plateau district. In this fine pastry shop, everything is entirely vegan. Seasonal fruit tarts, entremets, cookies, pastries... When you taste it, it's hard to believe that there's no butter, cream or eggs, yet the butter is replaced by coconut oil and the eggs by applesauce - and it's amazingly effective! It's refined, both in its delicate, floral aesthetic and in its fresh, balanced flavors.
