Renowned chef Stéphane Modat's table promises a fabulous gastronomic journey to the heart of Quebec's terroir.
After helming the kitchens at the Château Frontenac, renowned chef Stéphane Modat opened his gourmet den in 2021, a place that reflects this chef's passion for hunting and Quebec's terroir. The design of the place is incredible (mention to the revisited work of The Last Supper) and to fully live the gastronomic experience, the chef's table with its privileged view on the kitchen is a must. Note that the wine list is signed by Pier-Alexis Soulière, who was ranked in the top 10 at the World's Best Sommelier competition in 2019.
