LA GROLLA
La grolla, which gives its name to the restaurant, is a carved wooden container in which one drinks the coffee of friendship. Equipped with several nozzles, it allows guests to drink in the same bowl, creating a more cordial atmosphere. It is this kind of friendly atmosphere that we find here, a warm welcome in a typical alpine chalet setting. In addition to taking a geography lesson in the places where Swiss cheeses come from, you can also taste dishes cooked on stone (pierrades) - but fondue remains, with raclette, the speciality of the establishment.
