CHÉRI COCO
Chéri Coco is an affectionate term used in French-speaking Africa, but in this case, it's an excellent West African restaurant in the Saint-Roch district. The founders, of Togolese and Quebecois origins, have created a sunny universe here, whether in the decor flanked by the works of painter Jean-Marc Ouattara or on the plate with specialties such as lamb mafé, chicken yassa and thiep bou dieune. The cocktails are in the same vein, as evidenced by the Mai Tai baobab (dark rum, Cointreau, lime and baobab juice house).
