A traditional cuisine revisited and ultra generous. We like its little sugar shack feel that is reflected in the menu.
Here, we focus on traditional Quebec cuisine revisited in an equally evocative setting. Game, local products and good recipes from Grandma reign supreme. The cocktail menu is worth a visit, especially the Bloody d'la Bûche (bacon vodka, shrimp, bacon and homemade bloody sauce) and the must-have Kariboo (a blend of alcohol, wine and spices). Bonus: a snow bar where you can enjoy taffy on snow all year round, picnic tables to enjoy a meal like at the sugar shack, and musicians for a 100% Quebecois atmosphere.
