TANIÈRE3
A strong comeback for this gastronomic table that offers a gourmet and historical experience. We recommend it!
It is in the vaults of Leber and Charest houses that Tanière3 made its long-awaited comeback on the Québec City gastronomic scene. The setting is both intimate and breathtaking. The high-flying sensory experience is presented in the form of a blind tasting menu developed by chef François-Emmanuel Nicol and inspired by Quebec history and territory. Some will opt for the cosy side of the dining room and others for the head counter, which allows them to be at the heart of the action and observe the brigade at work.
