Chez Muffy follows the "farm to fork" philosophy, featuring products from its own farm on Île d'Orléans as well as from other producers around the province. A bistronomic cuisine that draws on French and Québécois inspirations, all updated under the guidance of executive chef Arthur Muller. Here, too, we opt for slow-cooking techniques: braising, roasting, canning and grilling, whether from the land or the sea. A fertile and convivial breeding ground.
