KUNDAH HÔTEL
Installed in the premises of the now defunct Laurentien Buvette Gourmande, this relatively new address takes us on a journey to the heart of Indian flavours. But what distinguishes it from others of its kind is the contribution of Quebec products in the conception of the dishes. For example, the palak paneer is prepared here with Paillasson cheese from Île d'Orléans rather than Indian cottage cheese. To live the gourmet experience at its best, opt for several dishes to be shared between guests. Mention should be made of the lovely decor, which contributes to the journey of the senses.
