This Japanese tavern is a popular gourmet destination in the Saint-Roch district. In addition to classics such as tataki, kaarage curry and okonomiyaki, the place also concocts tasty yakitori skewers cooked on the grill and a panoply of otsumami (snacks) that are happily accompanied by a glass of sake or a signature cocktail. Mention should also be made of the superb decor, blending rusticity and minimalism, designed by architect Charlène Bourgeois. Also worth discovering: its little brother, Honō Ramen, just next door.
