In short, truly delicious grilled meats. What's more, the setting at Gare du Palais has a bucolic je-ne-sais-quoi that adds to the allure. Le Chardon est situé dans la gare du palais, près du vieux Québec. À toutes les fois que je suis allée au Charbon, je n'ai jamais été déçue. Steaks, filet mignon, homard tout est délicieux. L'ambiance est chic/décontractée mais aucun soucis pour le profil vestimentaire. Il s'agit d'un des 2 meilleurs steakhouse à Québec.
