A household name in the Quebec City area, this fast-food chain was founded over 50 years ago by Ashton Leblond. What started out as a fried potato trailer with a few menu options has grown into a small empire with over twenty locations in the region. Among the great classics on the menu are the roast beef sandwich, available in five different versions, plates in sauce (hot chicken, ground beef, roast beef, etc.), not forgetting the famous poutine, including a gourmet version with roast beef, bacon and chipotle.
