GALOPIN
A table that no longer needs to be presented in Quebec City, adjacent to Hôtel Sépia. Sweet, inventive, warm and urban, it highlights the fine cuisine of Quebec's terroir. Its great attraction: the tartar bar, around which you can sit and admire the preparation of your "grand cru". Our recommendation: the Plaisirs à Deux menu, with its matching food and wine at an unbeatable price, or the Tasting menu in 3, 4 or 5 courses. With a fine selection of wines by the glass to top it all off, we'd be crazy not to go!
