ARVI
To eat at the heart of the action of the kitchens, all in a ballet of local flavours declined in regular or vegetal service.
The tone is set as soon as you set foot in this small restaurant with about thirty seats: you sit here in the chef's kitchen, literally. Julien Masia and his team are busy concocting little gourmet jewels in two menus (regular and vegetarian) where seasonal products and creativity shine. We can add a few extras such as foie gras, William B oysters or wine pairings. The liquor list is extremely well stocked, with many of the wines coming from Quebec.
