Charming little bistro in the heart of the old town, offering cuisine based on regional products, such as those from Viandes biologiques de Charlevoix or Fromagerie du Presbytère. The menu includes tasty appetizers such as the cheese and charcuterie board and the bison carpaccio with roasted walnuts, cheese and marinated berries. The main course features the fine cuts of meat and fish for which the restaurant is renowned. Add to this a wine list of some 200 labels, with a good variety by the glass.
