There's no doubt about it: this is the most strikingly designed restaurant in town, if not the province. The world of Madame Chose is made up of various absolutely delicious spaces, whether it's the Clairière, the Étang, the Jardin or the Cuisine. In this gourmet den, internationally inspired locavore dishes are prepared using local, natural, organic and eco-responsible products, and more than a third of the menu is geared towards the vegetarians and vegans of the world. The philosophy also applies to the glass, with a fine selection of Quebec spirits.
