Our room was considered a step up from a standard room. It was smaller than a standard room in a hotel and the bathroom was very small. The sink was very pretty but not practical in a hotel. I would imagine the water that splashes all over certainly makes for more work for housekeeping. ( mirrors needing cleaning, counter top needing cleaning esp. because it was glass). The coffee was excellent!!! The breakfast was average. I felt that the price of the room was high considering its size. Our friend was in a standard room ne t door and it appeared that our room sizes were the same and the price he paid was less!!

Il y avait des fourmis dans notre chambre. Pas eu de service aux chambres sans qu'ont le demande et avons eu un air bête quand nous en avons demandé. La dame du déjeuner était le soleil de notre séjour! Merci

The bathroom was not great. The shower needed work. Tiles were missing and there was mold growing, part of the glass was detached and in the shower. Other than that the room was nice!

The bed was very comfortable but the way the sheeting was on was not. Putting your feet to the bottom and there was no sheet just a mattress cover. Why can't you just use fitted sheets.

Déçu de ne pas avoir été informé lors de notre réservation que nous pouvions avoir un meilleur prix ayant été déjà client à votre hotel et la réservation a été faite à votre réception directement. Bonjour j'aimerais porter une attention particulière et ainsi remercier la jeune demoiselle qui était de service lundi soir elle a fait preuve d'un professionnaliste exceptionnel nous sommes arrivé à l'hotel a la fin de son chiffre pour ne pas dire quelle avait fine depuis plusieurs minutes mais elle nous a attendu car nous avions été envoyer par un autre hotel qui n'était pas adapté pour les handicapés et j'aimerais que vous offriez toute ma gratitude a votre employée elle a fait preuve d'une très belle qualité et d'un sens de perfection remarquable .Une employée au grand cœur qui se soucis du désarrois des personnes
prit avec des problèmes de logistique particulier dû à une personne handicapée. Félicitation a votre employée modèle ou le bien être des autres primes sur sa personne. Merci gentille Demoiselle il rest encore du bon monde dans notre société et vous en êtes la preuve

L’équipe est formidable!
L’accueil au déjeuner était chaleureux, le déjeuner était excellent, le café - carte était délicieux et chaud!
Vous pourriez améliorer la salle de toilette, grande douche, lumière moins forte au miroir , nouvelle toilette. J’apprécie toujours une chambre avec une fenêtre qui s’ouvre pour de l’air frais!
