This elegant establishment is housed in two townhouses dating from the 17th and 19th centuries. Rooms and suites are decorated in a personalized country style, with original features such as exposed stone walls and beamed ceilings. All rooms are equipped with Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV, iPod dock and mini-fridge. Some suites also feature a kitchen, living room and/or whirlpool bath. Breakfast is included and is served in a brasserie that also serves lunch and dinner. The hotel is ideally located, just a 2-minute walk from the Notre-Dame de Québec basilica-cathedral and Château Frontenac.

Personnel courtois, aidant et souriant. Les chambres sont confortables et propres. Nourriture et qualité du service au restaurant Chez Jules sont excellents. C’est notre deuxième séjour et nous y retournerons sûrement.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Auberge place D’Armes. We were very happy to see how well located we were for so many different venues. We didn’t have to use our car at all. The staff were helpful and friendly, Chez Jules offered excellent food and the room was perfect and cozy.

This was my first time staying at the Auberge Place d'Armes and I plan to stay there again. I really enjoyed reading about the room I had (#2 Marie Antoinette). I was worried that the rooms would have some noise because of the Christmas market but it was really quiet. The views from the room were lovely, as was the room. When my friends and family and I come to Quebec, we always have dinner at least one time at Chez Jules (we ate at Chez Jules the night before we stayed). Breakfast was very nice and had good variety.

Les chambres ne sont pas toutes pareilles. La notre était très petite.
