This elegant establishment is housed in two townhouses dating from the 17th and 19th centuries. Rooms and suites are decorated in a personalized country style, with original features such as exposed stone walls and beamed ceilings. All rooms are equipped with Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV, iPod dock and mini-fridge. Some suites also feature a kitchen, living room and/or whirlpool bath. Breakfast is included and is served in a brasserie that also serves lunch and dinner. We found it strange when we were told that no staff was on site after 11pm? No security or even a manager? The fire alarm went off in the kitchen at 7am walking all travellers and there was no apology given. I would expect a bit more fineness and professionalism with such a lovely place.
It doesn't take away the fact that the establishment is lovely, however the staff needs to be more polished.
