This elegant establishment is housed in two townhouses dating from the 17th and 19th centuries. Rooms and suites are decorated in a personalized country style, with original features such as exposed stone walls and beamed ceilings. All rooms are equipped with Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV, iPod dock and mini-fridge. Some suites also feature a kitchen, living room and/or whirlpool bath. Breakfast is included and is served in a brasserie that also serves lunch and dinner. The hotel is ideally located, just a 2-minute walk from the Notre-Dame de Québec basilica-cathedral and Château Frontenac.

breakfast was not our cup of tea: we prefer regular bread. the options were too sweat for us.
soap in the room: we like a soap bar
Issues: Room was damp (probably due to stone walls) and AC had to be set on 63 to get down to 70. Bathroom was OK: tub floor was very slippery, vessel sink awkward to use and toilet seat was then wrong size for the toilet.
Regardless of these various small issues, we would recommend the hotel.
