Following archaeological excavations undertaken in 2001 beneath its foundations, this Relais & Châteaux member hotel-museum, which has been awarded two Michelin stars, offers an original way to find rest and luxury within the walls of a former maritime warehouse dating from the early ^17th century and the Hunt House dating from the same period. Rooms displaying artifacts discovered on the site, supported by contemporary furnishings and architecture in keeping with the past. A great way to discover New France!

L’Auberge Saint-Antoine est un hôtel musée qui s’attache à prendre soin du corps, de l’esprit et des papilles. Les chambres se fondent dans l’histoire de la Ville de Québec et nous plongent dans une douce atmosphère propice au repos. Et que dire de son restaurant « Chez Muffy », un endroit à retenir pour les amoureux de la gastronomie. On y déguste une cuisine passionnée et imaginative, réalisée par un chef talentueux. Le personnel est chaleureux, accueillant et professionnel. Rien n’est laissé au hasard. Merci, encore une fois, pour ce merveilleux séjour et l’on vous dit « À la prochaine » !
