HÔTEL SÉPIA
A 4-star hotel-restaurant in a contemporary style, a little away from the old town, with very well equipped rooms.
This 4-star hotel is a great place to stay in the capital. A little away from the old town, its well-equipped rooms (down duvet, large work space with ergonomic armchair, flat screen HD TV, Nespresso coffee machine...) will satisfy the most demanding guests, in a very contemporary and trendy style. We also recommend a visit to the Galopin, the hotel's restaurant, which offers delicious specialties and many local products from Quebec.

Negatives: The dining room refused to offer take-out or room service; yet it is an easy in-house service option for weary travellers at day’s end. The other drawback - no elevator, so if you have mobility concerns, ask for a first floor room! Finally, though this will presumably pass soon, all ramps to Chemin St Louis were blocked off for road construction - it took awhile for our GPS to find a way in. Note: when making our reservation by phone, no one thought to mention the ramp closures, and they knew we were from out-of-province! A missed opportunity to offer helpful service and alternate route directions, from a customer service perspective.
MALHEUREUSEMENT !!!
