Great customer care, beautiful building, incredible location and access to all things Old Quebec and beyond. Very grateful for the hospitality and wonderful home for 6 nights.

My flight was significantly delayed, so I contacted the hotel, and the employees were very helpful and provided clear instructions on how to do a late night check-in. My room was cute, however one of the lights in the bathroom flickered on and off. Additionally, although there was a dead bolt on the door, there was not a slot for it to slide into, so it was useless. Water pressure was excellent, even in the attic room I was in! The view was lovely, the room was clean. The stairs were formidable, but not impossible.

Amazing location, really easy to walk to everywhere in old quebec. We got the room in the attic and had a view to the chateau, just be mindful of the stairs if you plan on bringing luggage. Great service as well.

Nous y sommes présentement. Très déçu de cette auberge. Nous nous sommes fait dire que nous avions une très belle chambre, la suite de luxe. La chambre est très petite. Je dois frotter le mur pour aller sur un côté du lit. Nous n'avons pas de foyer. La salle de bain est minuscule, nous avons un bain douche avec une vitre qui bouge et ouvre. Il y a de l'eau qui se propage au plancher et rempli la salle de bain. Le frigo est tellement petit et pas froid.

Le restaurant La bûchesse maintenant, nous avons eu le petit déjeuner compris lors de notre réservation. Nous n'avons pas été impressionné. Le café n'est pas inclus et oui ont chargé 6.50$ le café et si nous en voulons un 2e, ils chargent à nouveau 6.50$. Il n'y avait pas de feve aux lards, pas de beurre d'arachide, j'ai réussis à avoir de la confiture après l'avoir demander à un serveur. Le Bacon qui nous a pas été préciser est des grosses tranches de lard épaisse. Nous n'avons pas touché. Nous avons donné un 5$ de pourboire et la serveuse est aller dire à sa collègue qu'elle a eu seulement 5$ de pourboire. Nous étions même pas sortit encore. Très ordinaire.

Nous avons payé 300$ la nuit et nous ne sommes pas impressionné. La seule chose de positif est son emplacement.

We stayed here on the first night of our honeymoon and everything was absolute perfection. We arrived late and checked in at another hotel. The young lady was so kind and helpful, walked us to the hotel and made sure we had everything we needed. The room was beautiful, clean and cozy.

We hope to stay here again in the future!

I love the feel and atmosphere of this hotel. I love historic buildings and this felt like a little piece of the past. It's right down in the old city, a prime location.
We stayed in room #14 and it was very cozy. The room was small but the atmosphere was really great. Loved the stone walls and the fireplace, as well as the plaid wool blanket.
The service was fantastic and the breakfast at the restaurant downstairs was amazing.
The room could have been cleaned a bit better though, and the pillows were a little uncomfortable for me (back sleeper). There is no elevator in the building, but not too many stairs so it's not too bad. The parking is only a 5 min walk from the hotel, but this can be a little rough if you have lots of bags/suitcases to bring up. They do not bring your car to the garage for you, that's on you. The breakfast is not complimentary, it is $20 per person for the voucher. You must make a reservation. The breakfast is, however, worth the $20! Bacon was so delicious, and the servers are fantastic.
There was no conditioner in the shower, so thankfully I had brought my own. The toilet paper was so thin and low quality.
Despite a few things, I really enjoyed my stay. I would definitely return! I love visiting old Quebec city, it's so beautiful, cool, and filled with a rich history. So much to explore and so many great restaurants to sample.

This hotel is perfect!!! We were looking for something cozy and historical and it did not disappoint. We were in room 30 in the attic, super cozy, perfect for the two of us. A comfortable bed, cozy room, good bathroom. Great location, right in the heart of the Christmas markets! Friendly front desk, super helpful when it came to information, a map of the city, parking. Breakfast was also included and they had just opened their new restaurant attached to the hotel. Loved the decor of that restaurant, La Buchette I think it was called. Cozy cottage decor, and the breakfast that was included was really nice. We had 3 choices, all big portions and delicious! Included coffee/latte too. Everyone was so friendly and happy to see us. We were an 8-12 minute walk from everything and we were right across from the Chateau Frontenac was beautiful to look at and walk by daily. We will definitely be coming back here every time we come to Quebec and we can't make this a regular tradition. The only thing to note is that the hotel doesn't have an elevator (part of the old charm), so if you have trouble with stairs, maybe this isn't the best place for you. The attic where we were was about 3 flights up (we're 35). Love this place!!

Chambre petite, la literie pas suffisante. Pas de couverture, ni de couvre- lit. Attention! Des frais ont été retiré sur notre carte de crédit après notre départ et on a pas été informé. Un peu déçu.

What a great experience! Comfortable rooms, fabulous location, easy parking and the most helpful staff. When I asked to borrow a corkscrew they went out of their way to bring up wine glasses. Would definitely recommend!!

Das Hotel hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Zimmer war sauber und das Personal freundlich. Zudem sensationelle Lage in der Nähe der Sehenswürdigkeiten und dem alten Hafen.

Einziger kleiner Makel: Das WLAN im obersten Stock funktionierte nur sporadisch.

Située en plein centre de la ville de Québec dans une rue piétonne, cette auberge a tout pour plaire : des chambres spacieuses et très joliment décorées, très confortables. Le personnel à l'accueil est adorable. Le seul hic, c'est que le petit-déjeuner n'est pas compris dans le prix si vous passez par des centrales de réservation et ce n'est pas précisé sur les sites.
Très agréable séjour.

Here we are! With two steps from Place d'Armes (one of the prettiest of the Old Québec, if it is not the most famous longer) and a few yards from one of the most spectacular views of Large and Majestic Saint-Laurent river and almost at the foot of renowned Château Frontenac; this hotel will delight you as much as the city itself. Not to be missed for those who want to be offered fabulous holiday or a fabulous weekend! An address quickly becomes familiar where we liked to come and back! Enjoy.
