Rooms are very well appointed and extremely comfortable. I had to work more than expected during my stay and it was very confortable and productive.
And the service and people!!! From the moment I stepped in to thé last moment of checking out, everyone, every interactions made me feel special. Every one seems to naturally care about well being of their guests. I’ve seen many polite professionals in hotels over the years, but at the Germain, they really see you and it really feels personal and warm.
